Refund policy

Here at Blank Inspiration, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because all of our products are custom-made and handcrafted specifically to your specifications, please review our policy carefully before purchasing:

Cancellations (24-Hour Window)

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, you must message us immediately within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After 24 hours, production begins and absolutely no changes or cancellations can be made.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 30-day window for damaged items. To file a claim, message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

  • Because our items are entirely custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind, buyer's remorse, or carrier shipping delays.

Approved Exceptions & Shipping Fees (SF)

In the event that a return exception is approved by our team:

  • The customer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees (SF).

  • Items must be returned in brand-new condition and in their original packaging.

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds take 7–10 business days to process back to your original payment method.
